Welcome to Marine Corps Boot Camp!
With this Marine Corps Workout you'll get into fighting shape alongside three platoons of motivated Marine Corps recruits as they build their bodies the Marine Corps way!
Led by Marine Corps Drill Instructors, you'll share the same dedication and spirit that infuse's today's Marine Corps training.
Part 1: Five minute warmup and stretch.
Part 2: Things get serious and you get motivated as you are introduced to the 'daily nine': Dive Bomber Push-ups, Crunches, Side-Straddle-Hops, Back Extentions and more.
Part 3: The circuit course will test your physical limits as you try to keep up with the Marine recruits as they push it into 5th gear. If you can keep up with the Marines, you can keep up with anyone.
